As a new patient at Southern Charm Dental, our commitment to you is providing high-quality dental care in a relaxing office environment. We value your time, so you can anticipate scheduling that is prompt. Our courteous front office staff will make check-in easy for you. You won’t be weighed down by paperwork, and help is always there if you have any questions.
We strive to make each office visit a pleasant and relaxing experience, and to take the stress out of getting your dental treatment. We’ll guide you through our simple process of delivering quality family dental care.
During Your Appointment
Upon your arrival, all you need to do is check in at the front desk. Sign in to let us know you’ve arrived and a member of the Southern Charm Dental team will be with you shortly. Your initial visit will include a few forms to fill out in order to get you ready for treatment.
On your first visit, we’ll evaluate your oral health and devise a care plan for you. X-rays of your mouth will provide us with a blueprint of your dental care needs, let us know whether decay is present and discover any issues that may escape the naked eye.
Our hygienist will measure your gums to determine the best type of cleaning and treatment for you. After your cleaning and evaluation are completed, a dentist will speak with you about your current dental health and what can be done to improve it.
At that point, we’ll work together to find the right treatment plan for you, and discuss financing options to fit it into your budget.
